About Dr. Francisco & Dr. Eleonora Gutierrez
I’m Dr. Francisco Gutierrez, a Board-certified and US licensed and El Salvador Licensed Medical Doctor with over 25 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine, Hospital medicine, and executive leadership roles in large healthcare systems in the United States.
After decades practicing in a system focused on disease management instead of true health creation, I founded Solymar Direct Health to offer a different path—one rooted in understanding and restoring the metabolic terrain of the human body.
The Solymar Method is built on circadian and mitochondrial health principles, and on the belief that nature itself holds the keys to regeneration.
Dr. Eleonora Gutierrez is a licensed physician in El Salvador, with a unique integrative background as a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She combines clinical knowledge with a passion for nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and patient education.
El Salvador is a natural extension of this mission—a place where sunlight, grounding, and community create the perfect environment to heal.
